Throughout the "Medical" treatment, the completion of personality approaching to "Sacred soul" must be the basis of individual creation of the moral and the objective.

In terms of the relation to other people, the human being should not be evaluated by a lucky success but an internal sincerity.

This Institute is desired to be the assembly which is fully aware of this philosophy.

The medical treatment is established by the firm trust between the medical staffs (medical organization) and the patients. The Medical Corporation Iseikai Institute of Sacred Medicine carries out the medical treatment to all the patients with paying respect the following rights:

1. The right to receive the medical treatment of safe and high quality.
2. The right to receive the medical treatment with paying respect of each character.
3. The right to state the individual desire and opinion and refuse the undesired treatment.
4. The right to receive the explanation and information by the precise and easy words to the satisfaction of
  the patients.
5. The right to select the method of the treatment by the desire of the patients after full explanation and
  information.
6. The right of the privacy being properly protected.
